*before applying please make sure you have spoken with an IGNITE staff member. This is an application, interview, and selection program, not a sign-up program.
Timeliness: Be respectful of the time and effort put in by those who are coaching, advising, and or working alongside you. Part of that is showing up before the times communicated.
Model the Way: Set the example, go the extra mile, do something that isn’t asked of you. Do What You Say You’re Going To Do! Be the leader for each other AND the community that we know you are!
Communication: We cannot help you if we are not aware of what is going on, whether that is directly in an IGNITE Youth Leader Team, after school program, or in a school, church, or community center program. Communicating your needs, conflicts, or updates is key. The more we know, the better we can help.
Respect: You may not always agree with something or someone. But you can ALWAYS address it with class and integrity.
Commitment: You are a part of a larger entity now – challenge yourself to engage consistently. You’ll be amazed at what God will do in you and through you when you do. WE need you to making this organization great!
Have Fun: IGNITE is playful, fun, and engaging. We will challenge you and call you higher all while having fun!
MATHEW 5:16
In the same way, let YOUR LIGHT SHINE before others, that they may see your GOOD DEEDS and glorify your FATHER in heaven.
